Daily Care & Instructions of Use
1. Wear Time & Schedule
For the best results, wear your aligners full time, including while sleeping. Only replace your aligners with the next set exactly as advised by your doctor.
2. Insertion & Perfect Fit
Always brush your teeth well before placing the aligners back in your mouth. Bite down on the provided chewies for better adaptation—the initial fitting may feel a little deflected, but it will fit perfectly once the teeth begin to move into position.
3. Eating & Easy Removal
Always remove your aligners before eating food. You can use the provided removal hooks to easily and safely take them out.
4. Cleaning & Maintenance
Keep your clear aligners hygienic and fresh by cleaning them gently with a toothbrush and toothpaste.
